Synergy 90 3D
What can I say, this plane is fantastic. Designed by Christophe Paysant le Roux, the follow up to the majestic is an all out 3D freestyle machine. Thomas' has an OS 91FX which provides more than enough power and it really is capable of every manoeuvre in the book, and even some that aren't. It will hover in knife edge, 32 point roll, and slow rolls with the accuracy of an F3A machine.

As you can see, despite having no cowl in these photos it does look rather good.

Looks good in the air too, doesn't it.

After a mid-air with a Cougar 2000, we all thought it was the end of the Synergy...Not so. After a bit of a re-build, and some new covering (even if it is a bit dull) it is back in the air, and I think Thomas isn't so scared of breaking it anymore. Just check out the photo's below to see what I mean.
Above, a VERY low inverted harrier. And below, a very low upright harrier.

Goes just as well downwind too!

Just don't try and take off downwind when some fresh ground has just been laid at the end of the runway. Mud 1, Synergy nil. Better luck next time Thomas!
