Extra 330
Here's some info of Mick's latest aircraft .
The aircraft is an Extra 330s Freestyle made by Fliton USA. It has a 60" wingspan, weighs approx 6lb, and is powered by a Saito 82 4 stroke turning a 14x 4W APC prop. This motor and prop combination provides loads of power and the model will fly all the 3D manoeuvres with ease as well as being very smooth in normal mode.
Radio consists of Futaba 3010 servos all round except for a mini one on throttle fitted inside the cowling. The gear is powered by a 2 cell 1800 LiPo running through an Align Regulator at 5.8 volts.

Nice, highly visible colour scheme makes it a lot easier to see when doing 3D.
Looking good from any angle I think you'll agree.
That Saito is a fine looking power plant, and fits nicely in the cowl. No shortage of power with this set up and sounds as sweet as anything in flight.
Just waiting for fuel, a quick flick of the prop, and Mick's in business with this beauty !
